Man falls from third floor of Ga. shopping mall

BUFORD, Ga. (AP) - Gwinnett County fire officials say a person who fell from the third floor of a shopping mall has been hospitalized.

Department spokesman Colin Rhoden says the person fell near the food court at the Mall of Georgia in Buford on Sunday.

Gwinnett County police say the victim is a man who appeared to be in his early 40s and he has been taken to the Gwinnett Medical Center in Lawrenceville.

The man's identity and medical condition weren't immediately available.

It wasn't immediately clear how the man fell over the railing.
