Louisiana man says ex-GF stole his sperm
A Louisiana man says an ex-girlfriend stole his swimmers, then plunged him into fatherhood without his knowledge. Layne Hardin is suing both ex-girlfriend Toby Devall and his former sperm bank for failing to take TLC of his DNA. Hardin made the deposit in 2002 with another ex, agreeing that only she could have access to his frozen sample.
The relationship ended, and he began dating Devall. But Hardin alleges that after their 2011 break-up, Devall “made a withdrawal” from his account. The sperm produced a son, and Hardin could be on the hook for child support. [Source]
