Lindsay Lohan's credit card 'gets declined in swanky nightclub'

Rumor has it that Lindsay Lohan’s credit card was allegedly declined when she tried to pay a $2,500 bar bill.

The Mean Girls star was left red-faced when she tried to pick up the tab for her table at 1Oak in Southampton on Saturday night, but her card was rejected, according to Page Six.

Poor Linds upset after trying to pay for the group’s night out and their bottles of vodka, instead the pals had to club together to pay the bill.

“Lindsay freaked out when her card was declined,” a source said.

“Her friends and others in her group had to chip in to cover the bill.”

The red-head recently joined David Mamet’s West End production of Speed-the-Plow, which is set to open on September 24.

When rumours around Lindsay Lohan starring in London’s West End began to emerge, no one really believed it. No one wanted to. But now, the time is upon us, and the Mean Girls star has admitted that she’s worried that she will “mess up”.

The fiery-haired star is making her stage debut in the London production and is understandably nervous.

In an interview with the MailOnline, the 28-year-old said: “I think it’s just the idea of when it starts, on opening night, that’s what makes me the most nervous.”
