Lin tells Taiwanese media to leave family alone
Jeremy Lin

Jeremy Lin's breakout stardom in New York is nothing compared to his breakout stardom in his ancestral home of Taiwan, and now he's pleading for the Taiwanese media to leave his family alone, the Associated Press reports.

Lin said after the Knicks' latest stunning win that his family members on the island nation, including his grandmother, are being "bombarded" by joualists, and said his relatives "need to live their lives." The surefire way to stop the insanity would be for Lin to start chucking airballs. That looks more unlikely every day.
