LeAnn Rimes blue about bad teeth, files lawsuit against dentist

Country singers can tu consistent heartaches into a career, but jaw pain is apparently another story. LeAnn Rimes is suing her dentist for malpractice, claiming that he damaged her teeth AND her career. Rimes went to Dr. Duane C. McKay for crowns, veneers and other procedures that probably aren't covered by insurance and says that, as a result, she had to undergo nine root canals, a temporary bridge and physical therapy to deal with the pain.

According to her lawsuit, this "permanent cosmetic deficiency" has wrecked her ability to perform, which is why she's suing for past and future eaings. Since she hasn't had a hit in several years, that second number should be pretty manageable. [Source]
