Lawyers seek to unfreeze Andrea Sneiderman assets
Andrea Sneiderman

Lawyers for Andrea Sneiderman are expected back in court on Wednesday. They plan to ask the judge to unfreeze Sneiderman's financial assets.

Last month, the DeKalb County District Attoey's Office filed a lawsuit, trying to stake a claim to four of Sneiderman's bank accounts. They total about $2.3 million.

Sneiderman is accused of conspiring to kill her husband, Rusty, in 2010, with her former boss, Hemy Neuman. Neuman is serving a life sentence without parole.
