Kim Kardashian and Kanye West’s baby daughter North could have a new playmate soon as rumours are rife that her sister Koutey is pregnant with her third child.

Kourtney and Scott Disick already have two children – Penelope, one, and Mason, three – but fresh reports claim the 34-year-old reality TV star is preggers once again.

‘Kourtney has confessed she’s expecting,’ a source told OK! magazine. ‘She’s very excited and only telling a select few right now – but she just couldn’t keep it quiet any longer.’

The source adds that a third addition to the family has been on the cards ever since Penelope came along.

‘Kourtney has that kind of glow she had with Mason and Penelope… they wanted to have one right after Penelope,’ the source continued.

‘I know Kourtney and Scott have been trying. So a baby now makes sense – it’s very easy to get pregnant after giving birth once, let alone twice.’

Reports also emerged suggesting Kourt was pregnant after her recent holiday to Miami, where it was claimed she was sporting a slightly rounder-looking stomach.

And onlookers say she steered clear of alcohol too.

‘She didn’t drink during the whole trip,’ the source added.
