Dekalb County police have released the names of the victims found dead inside a hotel room on Monday.

Police say a housekeeper found the bodies of Nathaniel Dumas, 34, and Marquita Smith, 31, inside a room of the third floor of the Knights Inn on Panola Road.

According to police, the victims died from gunshot wounds.

The sister of the male victim tells police she doesn't know who the female victim is.

DeKalb police are trying to determine a motive. Investigators tell reporters they don't have suspects or a motive in the case.
