Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries 'divorce case settled'
KIM Kardashian has reportedly settled the terms of her divorce from estranged husband Kris Humphries.
The pregnant reality TV star will reportedly officially finalise her separation from Kris in court today after a year-and-a-half battling him for a divorce.
The NBA basketballer has until now refused to settle - and was demanding an annulment after alleging that she had duped him in to a fraudulent marriage. - but is now said to have backed down before they got to trial on May 6.
Kris' change of heart is reportedly due to lack of evidence supporting his version of events.
Sources told US gossip site TMZ that Kris will avoid attending court later today but Kim - who originally filed for divorced in October 2011 - will be there as the 536 day battle to end her 72 day marriage comes to a close.
Kris is expected to be issued some hefty fines for failing to show up at court last week as well at a preliminary hearing for the case.
The details of their settlement are yet to be revealed.
In a recent trailer for Keeping Up With The Kardashians Kim is seen breaking down in tears over her fears her baby with current boyfriend Kanye West - due in July - would be bo while she was still married to Kris.
