Key Hearing Set in Preschool Slaying
Hemy Neuman

DECATUR, Ga. - The suspect charged with murder in a slaying outside a Dunwoody preschool is scheduled to face a key court hearing.

The arraignment of Hemy Neuman is scheduled for Monday at 9 a.m. at the DeKalb County Courthouse.

Neuman is charged with the November 2010 shooting death of Russell Sneiderman, who was killed minutes after he dropped off his 2-year-old son at the preschool.

Neuman was the supervisor of Sneiderman's wife, Andrea, in GE Energy's quality and engineering department.

Prosecutors are investigating cellphone and email communication between Neuman and Sneiderman's wife, Andrea, to try to reveal a possible motive in the slaying.
