Ke$ha has cancelled a string of concert dates in March and April to maintain her focus on overcoming her personal health issues.

The C’Mon star, 26, entered rehab in January to confront an eating disorder and her continued treatment has forced her to cancel the last dates of her Warrior tour.

‘I was so looking forward to performing at these dates but I need to follow my doctor’s advice and get my health back on track,’ the singer said.

‘All of your support during this time has been so amazing. I couldn’t have done this without you all. I look forward to coming back stronger than ever on the next tour,’ she explained to People.

Ke$ha admitted herself to a treatment facility last month after realising her eating issues had spiralled out of control.

The singer’s mother, Pebe Seber, revealed doctors feared her daughter would die without help, saying they told her ‘it was a miracle she hadn’t dropped dead on stage’.

Seber also denied reports that the singer was also seeking treatment for alcohol abuse while being treated at the rehab clinic.
