Kanye shows first picture of North West on Kris Jenner's talk show

ARE you ready to see the first picture of baby North West? Because it's about bloody time.

After keeping his new bub out of the spotlight since her birth on June 15, Kanye West has debuted the first look at his daughter on Kris Jenner's talk show.

The episode, which goes to air in the US on Friday features a sit-down interview with the rap star on mumma Kardashian's program Kris.

Kanye reportedly showed an image of North "lying on a comforter in a very expensive onesie".

But Kanye's appearance reportedly caught the audience by surprise.

"They didn't even tell us Kanye was coming on until we were on the set," an audience member told E! News.

"They only showed it (the photo) for a second. They took everyone's phones away so no one could snap a picture.

"Everyone went 'ahhh' in the audience as the picture was shown."

The audience member said Kanye spoke to Kris for an hour.

"He said he had decided he wanted to show the picture of North because they didn't want to make money on the photo and he is fed up of paps following him around."

But the big question on everyone's lips is, what did the baby look like?

"Very beautiful," the audience member added to E!. "She has big cheeks a lighter complexion than Kanye but closer to Kanye's colour than Kim's. She has straight black hair and almond eyes just like Kim. She has a round face and is really cute."

Sources say the interview showed a softer side of Kanye.

Kris Jenner also spoke of how happy she is to have the singer in the family.

"We live together," she said in an interview with Extra on Thursday. "He's my roommate. He's an amazing guy, and he is so clean. He is such a great member of my family."
