Judge grants defense motion to move Ross Harris trial out of Cobb County
The judge in the Ross Harris murder trial granted the defense motion Monday to move the trial out of Cobb County.
Harris is accused of intentionally leaving his 2-year-old son, Cooper, to die in a hot car for more than seven hours in June 2014.
Lawyers argued that the high-profile nature of the case caused many of the potential jurors to be biased towards guilt, and the judge agreed.
