John Howard: Accountant who used company money to hire hit on wife had secret mistress and $32m in shadow companies

John Franklin Howard, from Carrollton, Dallas, is accused of paying two hit men, right, $85,000 to murder his wife Nancy, left, who miraculously survived the attempt on her life on August 18 when she was shot in the eye. The CFO of Raley Holdings is being sued by his company as well as JPMorgan Chase, who have accused the accountant of transferring millions of dollars of Raley's money into accounts he created at the bank.
