Homeowner Won't Face Charges in Shooting

DeKalb County police said a homeowner who shot two home invasion suspects Wednesday, killing one, will not face charges.

Investigators said two suspects kicked in a back door at a home on Eagles Nest Circle in Decatur Wednesday afteoon.  According to police, the homeowner fired at both suspects, injuring both.  One suspect was transported to Grady Hospital in critical condition, where he later died. 

The second suspect fled the scene but also tued up at Grady Hospital in unknown condtion.

Police questioned the homeowner after the shooting, but later said the homeowner will not face charges.

The names of the suspects have not been released.
