Happy birthday times 3! America's oldest triplets turn 95, share fond memories

A set of triplets came together recently in Albany, New York, to mark a very special occasion: their 95th birthday.

According to WTEN, Catherine, Frances and Marguerite Kirchner, bo Aug. 23, 1920, in Brooklyn, are the oldest triplets in the U.S. – and possibly even the world, WNYT reports.

The three sisters were inseparable during their childhood on Long Island and when they attended William Smith College together. All three married Hobart College alums and even followed the same career path, becoming teachers.

The women, who now live in Pennsylvania, weste New York and Long Island, said being together again was a rare treat. Donned in matching outfits, they reflected on the years and shared fond memories in an interview with WNYT. Check it out here.
