Online pornography sites have become a ripe target for hacker groups.

Online po venue Digital Playground was recovering on Monday after hackers looted credit card numbers, email addresses and other sensitive member information.

The members' area at digitalplayground.com was available after being out for several days but a message at the website said it was not taking new sign-ups for the time being.

The attack exposed personal information of more than 73,000 Digital Playground members, according to po industry news network AVN.

A group calling itself \"The Collective\" took credit for the attack in online posts and claimed to be affiliated with notorious hacker cooperatives Anonymous and Lulz Security.

In a statement published by AVN, Manwin said that it shut down the website on March 5 after leaing of a network breach that may have taken place before it took over Digital Playground four days earlier.

Manwin told AVN that it was supervising \"all aspects of the situation\" and has been in contact with members regarding the breach.

Digital Playground was the third Manwin Holding-owned po website struck by hackers, with the network break-in following attacks on Brazzers and YouPo.com, AVN reported.
