Gwinnett Police Arrest Suspect Joshua Simpson in 13-Year Old's Murder
Gwinnett County police have made an arrest in connection with the January 2010 shooting death of a 13-year old boy.
Authorities arrested 25-year old Joshua Simpson Banks of Lawrenceville, charging him with the murder of Tre Shambry at the Holland Park Apartment Complex.
Gwinnett County police say detectives determined Banks was at or near the scene when Shambry was shot.
Along with the Felony Murder charge, Banks has also been charged with Convicted Felon in Possession of a Firearm.
Banks is being held without bond at the Gwinnett County Jail.
