Gwinnett School officials are investigating vandalism by people claiming to support President-elect Donald Trump at Collins Hill High School. 

Gwinnett County Schools spokesperson Sloan Roach said Racial slurs and hate speech regarding the presidential election was found Tuesday moing spray painted throughout the property on school trailers, sidewalks and the football stadium. Roach said the incident was caught on surveillance tape. Officials hope to use the footage to identify who's responsible.

 

 

”Our goal is to find out who is behind this damage and prosecute them, she said. ”We will not tolerate this kind of behavior.

The maintenance crew quickly painted over the messages, but not before it was seen by parents and students.

A parent who saw the graffiti said it was very vulgar and offensive and included a swastika and the word "Trump."

The school is closed this week for Thanksgiving break.
