Gwinnett County Man Soon Kwon Charged In Fatal 3-Car Wreck

DULUTH, Ga. - Police have filed charges in a fatal three-car wreck in Gwinnett County that killed two people.

Gwinnett County Police spokesman Cpl. Jake Smith said Wednesday that 22-year-old Soon Kwon has been charged with vehicular manslaughter and DUI in the early Sunday moing accident. Smith said the charges were filed after 23-year-old Eddie Ko died in the hospital from his injuries.

Police said Kwon sideswiped a car and then veered into oncoming traffic, hitting Ko's car head-on. A passenger in Kwon's car, 22-year-old Se Shin, died at the scene.

Gho Lee, whose car was sideswiped by Ko, was also charged with DUI.
