Gwinnett County man Joseph Memar accused of trying to kill same person twice
A Gwinnett County man already behind bars for a murder for hire attempt is accused of trying to kill the same man from prison.
Police say last month, 65-year-old Joseph Memar offered an undercover officer $10,000 to kill his former business partner. He was arrested back in June tried to get someone to kill the same man.
Memar now faces two counts of criminal attempt to commit murder. He's been transferred to a maximum security area at the Gwinnett County Jail.
