Gwinnett County Man found dead in car is missing UGA student Quinton Ayers
Quinton Ayers was reported missing on Friday, last seen in Athens around 1 a.m.

Gwinnett County police confirmed to GA Daily News that a body found inside a wrecked car Monday night was that of a missing University of Georgia student.

Quinton Ayers was reported missing on Friday, last seen in Athens around 1 a.m.

Monday night, Ayer’s vehicle was found off of Highway 316 near Harbins Road, and his body was inside.

Police are still investigating the cause of the wreck and exactly how Ayers died.
