DeKalb County Georgia police officer Kevin Toatley died in an oveight crash after being hit by a wrong-way driver.

The crash happened shortly after midnight.

He was a 7-year veteran with the department.

There were five people in the SUV involved in the crash. Three of them were minors, and two of them were adults, according to officials. The driver is believed to be seriously injured.
