Sheriff's deputies say they arrested a man wearing a full Star Wars stormtrooper costume in Jasper County.

Justin Marling, 22, was sported patrolling a road in Jasper County when police saw him in full Stormtrooper gear and carrying a fake gun

Marling spent the night in jail after he was arrested and charged with wearing a mask in public and reckless conduct. It is illegal to wear a mask in Georgia, except on certain holidays.

According to television station WMAZ in Macon, Marling was wearing the costume to raise awareness for the charity, Star Wars Force for Change.
