Georgia man Justin Ross Harris charged with murder in hot car death
Justin Ross Harris in Cobb County Magistrate Court in Marietta, Georgia July 3, 2014.

A Cobb County Grand jury met Thursday to decide the legal future of Justin Ross Harris. Harris was indicted on 8 charges including: Malice Murder, Felony Murder, Cruelty to Children, and Dissemination of Harmful Material to Minors. Harris'  indictment comes more than two months after his son's death in a hot car, while he sat in his office exchanging nude photos with women.

Harris claims he mistakenly left Cooper in his SUV when he went to work, forgetting to drop him off at daycare. But police say they believe Harris intentionally killed his son.
