A man in Roswell, Georgia is facing charges after police say that he was caught speeding down Georgia State Route 400 while drunk and with three unrestrained children in his van.

The man, identified as Basilio Pierzon-Rodriguez is being charged with driving under the influence, reckless driving and three counts of DUI child endangerment.

Alpharetta Department of Public Safety spokesman George Gordon said ”Occasionally we see something that’s beyond the pale, He went on to say that they had apprehended ”an intoxicated driver who was speeding in excess of 100 mph on Ga. 400.

Gordon reported that when a police officer performed the traffic stop on the 28 year old, he found three children – ages 7, 4 and 3 – unrestrained in the back seat.
