Georgia man Antonio Bacon accused of intentionally exposing women to HIV get 4 years Jail
A Georgia man who was found guilty of intentionally exposing women to HIV has been given a 20-year sentence.
Antonio Bacon was sentenced Friday in Chatham County Superior Court and is ordered to spend four years in prison and 16 on probation.
Bacon was found guilty of exposing four women to HIV between 2012 and 2013. He was acquitted of charges linked to two other women.
Authorities have said one of the women Bacon exposed to the virus was 15. Bacon was convicted on charges of reckless conduct by an HIV-infected person.
