Georgia couple Dino Marks and Marlena McMillen arrested in multi-state credit card scheme

Walton County Sheriff's deputies arrested a Georgia couple accused of defrauding businesses across three states out of thousands of dollars.
Dino John Marks, 37, and Marlena Pebble McMillen, 37, were caught on surveillance video in Daphne, Alabama at a store where they scammed the business out of $4,000.
A search warrant was executed at a condo where the couple was staying in Miramar Beach, Florida. Police found receipts, electronics, Paul Mitchell products, clothing with tags attached, and multiple phones.
Both Marks and McMillen are currently behind bars on $50,000 bond. Four children were taken into custody by the Department of Children and Families the same day the couple was arrested.
They have been charged with grand theft; however, additional charges are expected.
