Four Men and Two Women Charged with Drug-Related Offenses

HENRY COUNTY, Ga. - Over $1.6 million worth of marijuana was seized after a drug bust on Wednesday, according to the  Henry County Police Department.

After a six-week investigation, 10 businesses and residences in Stockbridge and McDonough were raided, Henry County police Maj. Jason Bolton said in a news release. Officers and DEA agents arrested six people and seized marijuana, methamphetamine, LSD, weapons, $374,000 and numerous vehicles, Bolton said.

”The total value of just the marijuana seized is about $1,625,000, said Bolton.

Three of the locations raided, including Backwoods Bar and Grill, were on the same street, Jodeco Road in Stockbridge. More than 100 marijuana plants were seized from one of the locations, Bolton said.

Four men and two women were charged with drug-related and other offenses. Those charged include Stockbridge residents Joshua David McCullough, 36, his wife, Danielle, 33, 36-year-old Paul Bunch III, and McDonough residents Kelli Brown, 37, Joseph Franklin Tillman III, 41 and 39-year-old Anthony Brent Sholar.

”The investigation is ongoing, and additional arrests are expected, Bolton said.
