Firefighters battled flames at a DeKalb County shopping center early Monday moing, and the blaze forced roads in the area to close to traffic ahead of the moing rush hour.

The fire sparked at a the Lotto and Grocery store located at Glenwood Road and Columbia Drive. Smoke and flames were seen coming from the business, and fire crews say the blaze was reported around 6 a.m.
