Father kills wife, son in Newton County
Newton County deputies are at the scene of a double homicide in the 100 block of Helm Drive.
Investigators told reporters the suspect called 911 at 4:22 p.m. and said he killed two of his family members.
Police found an adult male and an adult female inside the house.
Deputies say the suspect they have in custody is a family member of the victims.
The names of the victims are not being released.
