Family of Slain Father Milo Williams Looks for Justice
A Decatur family is searching for justice after their loved one was gunned down just feet from his home.
Atlanta police said Milo Williams was shot in the back and no one has been charged in the case.
"I felt his last breath. This child that came through my womb," said the victim's mother Mary Williams.
Life has been rough for Mary Williams since her youngest son, Milo, was gunned down.
"I'm very angry, but I also have sympathy for the ones who did it because they have a mother and children," said Mary Williams.
Atlanta police said the father of two was shot and then robbed as he entered his gated loft apartment in Downtown Atlanta back in February.
Detectives said the last minutes of Williams' life were captured on a security video camera.
"The gate opened , his vehicle drives in and immediately, what I believe following him, is the suspect's vehicle," said Detective Murdock.
Police said two witnesses heard the shots and looked down from their third floor loft. They saw three to four men who immediately took off.
Murdock believes Williams knew his attackers. He and Williams' mother are convinced somebody out there knows something.
"What comes around, goes around. Somebody knows who killed Milo," said Williams.
Atlanta Police admit they have exhausted all leads. They need your help to solve the crime.
A Crimestoppers reward of up to $2,000 is awaiting the person that will provide police with information on this case.
That number is 404 577-TIPS.
