Facebook To Expand Atlanta Office

ATLANTA -- City records show that Facebook is expanding its office in Atlanta.

The social networking company intends to renovate office space in a warehouse-type complex at 1000 Marietta Street in midtown Atlanta, according to a building permit obtained by the Atlanta Joual-Constitution.

The permit states the renovations will cost about $20,750.

Facebook said in a statement that it has a growing sales presence in Atlanta, and is expanding its Atlanta office to work more closely with advertisers in the region.
