Emerson Woman Nicole Abernathy Charged With 128 Forgery Counts
BARTOW COUNTY, Ga. - An Emerson woman is accused of embezzling nearly $45,000 dollars from her former employer in Bartow County.
Police say 35-year-old Nicole Abeathy deposited the money from the office of Law Premises LLC into her personal account.
Investigators say the alleged theft occurred between February 2010 and November 2011.
Abeathy is charged with 128 counts of forgery
