Duck Boat Rides Resume at Stone Mountain Park
A Norcross-based tour boat company is putting some of its duck boats back in service following a deadly crash in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. That includes the boats at Stone Mountain Park.
The president of the company, Ride the Ducks, says all the vessels were inspected and have been determined to be safe.
One of the boats was hit by a barge in the Delaware River on Wednesday. Thirty-seven people were thrown in to the river. Two died. The crash remains under investigation.
Duck boats in Philadelphia remain out of service.
