Family members are mouing after a mother died in a crash where police say a 20-year-old drove through a red light.  

They describe the 51-year-old Douglasville woman as a tremendous mother who was taking her 14-year-old son home from a soccer event Monday night when their SUV was broadsided by a car.

According to police, Pamela Sitton was heading west on Discovery Boulevard when she entered the intersection with Mableton Parkway on a green light. As she was tuing, the driver of the other vehicle ran a red light at the intersection and hitting her minivan on the driver's door.
