DAWSON COUNTY, Ga. -- Deputies are searching for a woman believed to be lost in the Georgia mountains.

Officials said they are searching for Lynn Bresee, 54, of Florida.

The Dawson County Sheriff’s Office said she left her campsite at Amicalola State Park on Monday night.

A male companion said she was walking toward the showers, and didn’t come back.

Deputies said they are not ruling anything out.
