But more than ten years on from The World Is Not Enough, Denise Richards appears to have taken her diet and exercise regime to extreme levels.

The 42-year-old actress looked shockingly thin as she stepped out in the Calabasas area of Los Angeles on Monday, showing a gaunt face and skeletal arms which seemed to age her almost oveight.

Despite sporting a loose fitting sleeveless top, there was no disguising Denise's extremely thin frame and lack of body fat.
