Miller Grove High School basketball standout Terrell Coleman died on Sunday.

DeKalb County schools said Coleman, a freshman, died after playing basketball Sunday afteoon.

A crisis intervention team will be at the school Monday for staff and students.

Coleman, listed as a 6 foot 5 inch freshman, was a small forward on the school’s basketball team. Basketball recruiting website Future150.com projected that Coleman would end up at a high-major college, ranking him 13th in the nation for the 2017 recruiting class.

Coleman also played for the Atlanta Celtics, a youth travel basketball league focused on sending kids on the path to college.

The cause of death is not yet known.
