David Hasselhoff's daughter Hayley, 20, charged with DUI

David Hasselhoff's daughter Hayley has been charged for allegedly drink driving, it emerged on Friday.

The 20-year-old actress could face up to six months in jail if convicted of the DUI, according to RadarOnline.

Hayley was formally charged on January 3 with a DUI and for speeding , the website reported today.

It followed an incident in which she was pulled over by cops in Los Angeles just after Christmas.

A source told Radar that Hayley is 'going to fight the charges'. 

In 2007 a video of former Baywatch star David eating a cheeseburger while drunkenly rambling went viral.

The footage was captured by his oldest daughter Taylor Ann inside a Las Vegas hotel room - and she begged her father to stop drinking.

In 2009 and 2010 Hayley's mother, David's ex-wife Pamela Bach, was arrested for DUIs.

She was sentenced to 90 days in jail and had to wear an alcohol monitoring bracelet for six moths.
