Daniel David Pawa allegedly sold 40 gallons of moonshine to undercover agents he met on Craigslist
Daniel David Pawa makes for one horrible bootlegger. If he were a character on "Boardwalk Empire," let’s just say he wouldn't be running things. The 23-year-old Florida man was a maker of moonshine, and recently found a very willing customer — the Florida Division of Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco. Only, Pawa didn't know it at the time, responding in November to a Craigslist ad from someone looking for some strong hooch. Over the course of two months, Pawa allegedly sold agents more than 40 gallons of his bathtub gin. The jig was up for Pawa Thursday, when authorities finally busted him for his booze running.
