Cumming man Mitchell Brown charged for stabbing, killing older brother
Forsyth County deputies say a dispute between two brothers ended with one of them dead.
According to the Sheriff's Office, Mitchell Brown, 30, fatally stabbed Stuart Brown, 36 during an argument.
Around 1:00 a.m. on Jan. 26, Forsyth County Deputies responded to a domestic homicide call at residence on Montcliff Drive.
The altercation reportedly started as an argument and tued physical.
Mitchell Brown is charged with murder and is being held at the Forsyth County Jail.
