Cryptic Apple invite sparks rumors of release of new iPad and mini iPad
This invite from Apple has sparked rumours the company plans to unveil a new iPad and iPad mini at en event next week.

APPLE has sent out invites to an event next week where it is expected to launch a new iPad and mini iPad.

In its typical cryptic way, the invite makes no mention of what the technology company plans to release.

Instead, the invited to an event in San Francisco says \"we still have a lot to cover\" with stylised version of the Apple logo with multiple versions of the apple stalk in different colours.

The guessing game is now on to try and work out what the words mean. Some tech writers have decided it means the new iPads will come with new colourful covers.

Others have gone for a literal meaning, hoping that it means that a lot of new devices will be released in an event where Apple CEO Tim Cook will have a lot to cover.

Last month Apple held the launch for its new iPhone 5S and 5C models in its Cupertino headquarters. This event will be held at the Yerba Buena Centre for the Arts in San Francisco.

The rumors are that the 5th generation iPad will get a new look, including a smaller bezel, while the iPad Mini is expected to be upgraded with a high-resolution Retina screen.

Apple is expected to release more details of its new operating system, OS X Mavericks, and upgrades to the MacBook Pro range.
