Convicted rapist Emanuel Williams ‘masturbates in middle of restaurant’ and calls himself ‘a freak’
Police are hunting a convicted rapist after he allegedly masturbated in the middle of a restaurant he works at.
Emanuel Williams, 36, is wanted in connection with the incident Monday afteoon in the dining room of a Waffle House in Macon.
The man, who served nearly ten years in jail on a rape conviction, is accused of pleasuring himself in front of a colleague – who was the only other person in the restaurant at the time.
A Bibb County Sheriff’s Office report explains she ‘walked over to the suspect to see if he really was jacking his penis, and he was’.
It continues: ‘She stated that as she was recording him, she was telling him the whole time that she was recording him and that he was a pervert.
‘She stated that he responded by saying he wasn’t a pervert he was just a freak.’
