College Park Man Shannon Harper Arrested In Fatal Liquor Store Shooting

COBB COUNTY, Ga. - A College Park man is in custody in connection with an attempted liquor store robbery that left one man dead.

Shannon Harper, 20, tued himself in to police Monday afteoon.

Harper is charged with murder and aggravated assault in the Dec. 4 shooting at the Windy Hill Bottle Shop in Cobb County.

Another perpetrator, Louis George Jr., 21, also of College Park, died when the duo exchanged gunfire with the store clerk.

The clerk was not hurt.
