Cobb man Darwin Kerrington Thompson beat poodle to death
Police said they arrested an Atlanta man at a Cobb County animal hospital and charged him for killing a poodle.
According to the warrant, Darwin Kerrington Thompson brought the lifeless poodle to Banfield Pet Hospital on Austell Road on August 19.
When he was asked what happened, he stated he knew exactly what happened, he did it.
Veterinarian, Dr. Stefanie Taylor told police the injuries to the dog, Brooklyn, were consistent to that of the dog being beaten.
Thompson is being held at the Cobb County Jail on $5,000 bond.
