AT LEAST five people have been shot during a Chris Brown show in San Jose, Califoia.

Brown was on stage when a fight broke out. Video shows the controversial singer appear to smile when he notices the violence.

“Oh, them n*****s is getting it in over there,” Brown is heard saying.

Moments later he can be seen wincing and ducking his head as shots blast out at the Fiesta nightclub in the city.

According to the San Jose Mercury five people were hospitalised with all of them expected to survive. The paper said that several people were arrested.

Brown made no comment on the shooting but tweeted that he was “100”, later deleting the tweet.

This isn’t the first time gun violence has marred a Chris Brown event.

The Death Row Records founder Suge Knight was shot six times during a pre-VMA party hosted by Brown at 10AK in Los Angeles in August.

Witnesses told the gossip site that Brown was throwing up gang signs before the shooting and that there were several known gangsters surrounding the Tu Up The Music performer when shots were fired.

Following a stabbing after a Brown performance LAPD officials were asking club owners not to book Brown for shows due to conces about violence, MTV News reported.
