The former first daughter and her husband have reportedly bought an apartment at The Whitman near Madison Square Park for a mere $10.5 million.
The property, located at 21 East 26th Street, sports 5,000 square feet, has four bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms.
The posh apartment was featured in “The Real Deal” magazine, the New York Post reports.
Just last week, President Bill Clinton and former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton were spotted in the area, most likely to give daughter Chelsea the thumbs up approval.
