Brookhaven police continue to search for the suspect in a brutal rape.

Now they have expanded their investigation to see if there might be a connection to other rapes in Roswell and Norcross. As of now they do not know if there is a direct link.

On Monday, police issued an arrest warrant on rape and aggravated assault charges for Roberto Gaona-Pina.

Investigators said the incident happened April 24th off of Buford Highway.

Police told reporters Gaona-Pina could be in the Alabama area.

Anyone with information should contact police or Crime Stoppers.
