Bremen Man, Ben Dunwoody, Accused of Killing Brother With 'Sleeper Hold'
Bryan Dunwoody

BREMEN, Ga. - A 22-year-old Georgia man is charged with murder after authorities say he choked his older brother with a "sleeper hold" while trying to break up a fight.

Ben Dunwoody is charged with killing his 25-year-old brother Bryan at their Bremen home on Nov. 14.

Haralson County Sheriff's Officer Jim Beck says Ben Dunwoody put the move on his brother after he got in a fight with a third man. He said Brian Dunwoody went limp and that he never woke up.

An autopsy found Bryan Dunwoody died of asphyxiation, though toxicology reports are pending.
